TBF Media is an influencer marketing agency offering creator sourcing and vetting, campaign strategy and planning, UGC content collaboration, paid promotion, brand deal negotiation and campaign reporting. Specific scope, timelines and fees for any campaign are agreed separately with each brand or creator.
Campaign details submitted through our brand enquiry form are used solely to evaluate and plan your campaign. Final deliverables, timelines, creator lists and pricing are confirmed in writing before a campaign begins. TBF Media is not liable for outcomes outside the agreed scope of a campaign.
Creators joining our network or WhatsApp group agree to represent brand campaigns accurately and honestly, meet agreed content deadlines, and disclose paid partnerships in line with applicable advertising guidelines. Payment terms are agreed per campaign.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and case studies, is the property of TBF Media or its clients and may not be reproduced without permission. Campaign creatives shown on this site are shared with brand permission for portfolio purposes.
TBF Media provides its services on a reasonable-effort basis. We are not responsible for losses arising from delays, third-party platform changes (e.g. Instagram or YouTube policy changes), or factors outside our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
